Attended to a customer today, which the DEWS claimed to be leaking. This unit has been using for more than 4 years.
Checked pipes, connectors & filters but could not spot any leaking, therefore turn the whole unit up-side-down as shown on the photo and wait for the leaking water to flow down.
For almost one hour waiting, no sign of leaking.
I left the unit as such and inform the customer to call me immediately if he spots the wet mark on the surface of the cloth.
