After found out that Taman Damai Bakti is part of Alam Damai, I had been assigned with another area called Taman Bukit Anggerik.

The total houses are 1200 units.

Q: I boil my water. That makes it safe for drinking, doesn't it?

Make the best of your water filtration system:

Water Leaking from DEWS

Attended to a customer today, which the DEWS claimed to be leaking. This unit has been using for more than 4 years.

Checked pipes, connectors & filters but could not spot any leaking, therefore turn the whole unit up-side-down as shown on the photo and wait for the leaking water to flow down.

For almost one hour waiting, no sign of leaking.

I left the unit as such and inform the customer to call me immediately if he spots the wet mark on the surface of the cloth.

What is Alkaline Water ?

What is Alkaline Water?
Alkaline water is known as Kangen water in Japan and literally means "return to original." Alkaline water has been used in Japan for more than 40 years and has been shown to help restore the body to its original, healthy condition. When tested for ORP (oxidizing reduction potential), it shows a NEGATIVE reading. It has an adjustable pH reading of 8.5 - 9.5, making it alkaline, which is the opposite of acidic. Brain

• Your brain is 75-85% water and plays a vital role in your body's response to dehydration. It controls water intake through altering thirst and varying the water excretion from your kidneys.
• Dehydration adversely affects your mental performance. When dehydrated your attention and concentration can decrease by 13% and short term memory by 7%.
• Early signs that you are mildly dehydrated may include light-headiness, dizziness, irritability and headaches.
• Dehydration is defined as a 1% or greater loss of body weight as a result of fluid loss. Even at this level of dehydration your physiological and performance responses are impaired. As you get more dehydrated the symptoms get more severe and can lead to clumsiness, dim vision, exhaustion and may even result in delirium. A loss of more than 10% of body weight due to fluid loss can be come life threatening.

Mouth

• Thirst is a good measure of your hydration status. By the time you feel thirsty your body has lost between 2 and 5 cups of water!
• The production of saliva is vital for good oral health and hygiene but is impaired by dehydration. Saliva neutralizes acid created by the bacteria which cause tooth decay. It washes your teeth, lubricates oral membranes and contains vital minerals that enable tooth repair.
• Water even helps you to swallow!

Lungs

• Your body loses water every time you breath; every day you lose the equivalent of a can of drink just by breathing!

Stomach

• Water is a vital component for any healthy diet.
• Drinking water often helps to curb your appetite. For example, drinking water before a meal can help fill your stomach and decrease your appetite.
• Water aids digestion through the production of saliva and other digestive juices.
• Drinking 500 ml of water can increase your metabolic rate by 30% and helps to convert food into energy.

Bladder

• Your body loses water through the skin, lungs and feces, but most water is lost as urine. A reduced urine output is a useful indicator of dehydration and signals the need to increase your water intake.
• Drinking plenty of water helps prevent urinary tract infections and kidney stones.

Skin

• Your skin acts as a water reservoir and helps with the fluid regulation of your whole body.
• Being dehydrated can change the appearance of your skin. In mild dehydration your skin may appear flushed, dry and loose with a loss of elasticity and may look older than it is.
• Water is lost from your body through evaporation from the skin; this is increased by high temperature, high altitude and dry air. In hot climates sweating rates can be as high as 25000ml\hr.
• Water is also lost from your body through sweat; this is increased during physical performance. Sweating rates of 1-2 liters per hour are typical during moderately hard exercise. A loss of just 1 liter of water will increase your sense of fatigue and impair your performance.

Blood

• Your blood is 75% water and is vital for the transportation of nutrients in your body.
• Water is vital to many functions in your body including the maintenance of cell structure and transporting oxygen through your blood stream.

Diamond Water Dispenser in a Factory

Install a Diamond Energy Water System with Dispenser today in a factory. The factory owner is very kind, as he provides good quality water for the workers.

Extra items were involved: Water Pump, Rack, SSV, Water Dispenser Container ( 4 gallons ) & extra length of white host.

This is the side view of the set-up. The water dispenser container consists of a valve that will turn the inlet off when water is full.








Due to low water pressure, we need to install extra unit of water pump to take in the water from the 'tangki' into Diamond Energy Water System.

Diamond Service Centre @ Bandar Sungai Long

Today, 09 May 2008 is a grand opening day for Diamond first ever service center in Malaysia. There will be more to come, namely Bandar Putri, Puchong, USJ, Klang, Setapak, Bandar Damai Perdana, etc. We are targeted at 500 centers nationwide.

Service center is playing important role in serving Diamond existing customer, not only in term of product maintenance service, but also community service.





















Diamond service center will be the place for our existing customer to gather and enjoy wonderful moment. We will organised series of activities for our members, i.e. Yoga Class, Cooking Class, and many more.

My counter @ Taman Connaught

This is my DIAMOND counter at 40A, Jalan Cerdas, Taman Connaught, Cheras. I will be there almost everyday from 11am to 3pm. Sometimes I open my counter at the evening from 6pm to 8pm.

I meet many people everyday. Many people are curious the way I setting up the counter.

This is the front view of my counter. Next to me is a very famous Claypot Rice Restorant. The owner, Mr Lai is our Diamond customer also, he got one unit installed at home and one unit installed at this shop.

Q: How frequent shall I back wash the master filter ?
A: We advise customer do it every two weeks.

Q: How to do the back wash?
A: Please follow steps as below:
(Step 1) Release pressure by pressing the button on top of the filter
(Step 2 ) Turn to '3' position for 10 minutes
(Step 3 ) Turn to '2' position for 5 minutes
(Step 4 ) Turn to '3' position for 10 minutes
(Step 5 ) Turn to '2' position for 5 minutes
(Step 6 ) Turn to '1' position for normal flow of water into the premises

Q: Am I wasting water when doing the back wash?
A: NO! you may utilize the water for washing the floor, watering the plants and washing the car.
